Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Chatly, a WhatsApp commerce platform operated by Vularis (Pty) Ltd ("Chatly", "we", "us"). By using Chatly you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Chatly enables businesses to receive orders and send payment links and confirmations to their customers over WhatsApp, using the WhatsApp Business Platform and our payment processor, Paystack.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Chatly only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and all applicable laws. You must not send spam or unsolicited messages.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for the WhatsApp Business Account you connect and for the accuracy of information you provide. You authorise Chatly to send and receive messages on your behalf as needed to provide the service.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Chatly is not a party to the underlying transaction between a business and its customer.

5. Liability

Chatly is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Vularis (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
